Are you a regular person who does aerial?

Me, too! I wasn’t a gymnast or a dancer, I was just a regular person who took a class and fell in love. And I’ve spent the last 8 years helping people just like you (and me!) get stronger while staying safe and learning about their bodies!

See, I know that every body can be an aerial body! But sometimes it doesn’t feel that way. And I want to help!

That’s why I created my program, The Regular Person’s Guide to Aerial Conditioning at Home! It’s a 6 week program designed to help people just like you (and me!) gain the foundational strength, stability, and mobility needed to be successful at something like aerial, pole, or anything else where you hang from your arms and go upside down!

Hi, I’m Lauren!

I’m an aerial coach, pilates instructor, and personal trainer and I love helping regular people find success at aerial and build a strong foundation for years of safe and injury-free training.

When I started my aerial training over 12 years ago, I had tons of enthusiasm, but my body wasn’t ready for the work I was trying to do. Fast forward a few years, when I spent a year at circus school, and my body basically fell apart. It was then that I learned that I needed to work smarter, not harder. When I came home from school, I started educating myself and became a NASM certified personal trainer, a Certified Pilates instructor, and dove deep into figuring out how to keep my students from ever having to experience what I went through.
