Ready to get started? Here's How!

Whether we’re working together in person or virtually, in your first pilates session we will start learning basic exercises, and building a shared movement vocabulary. Your first session won’t be super hard, but you will have lots to think about!

If you’re coming with a specific issue or injury, please let me know beforehand so I can be prepared. I regularly work with clients once or occasionally around a specific issue they are experiencing.

And all clients get 1 free customized homework video! I’ll make a video just for you of what you should work on at home, so you can follow along and hear all the cues and reminders that you need.

You should wear soft, comfortable workout clothes. Avoid zippers, as they can damage the equipment.

Please get in touch with me regarding any injuries you may have. We can discuss whether Pilates is appropriate at this time. If you’re looking for help with an injury, and have been cleared by your doctor, I can probably help! Lets talk!
