I would highly recommend taking class from Lauren and look forward to the next opportunity I have to learn more from her!

Ready to get started? Here's How!

Aerial lessons with me are offered through Versatile Arts, but you can contact me directly for scheduling.

If you are brand new to aerial, in your first lesson I will take you through a total body warm up before we begin learning the basics of hanging and getting into the air safely. You can expect to learn how to climb, a basic skill, and maybe even spend some time upside down!

If you are a more experienced aerialist, please give me as much information as you can about what your goals are and what you are hoping to achieve from working with me. I will give you instructions on arriving early to warm up before our lesson starts. Our lesson will be spent diving into whatever you’re hoping to work on!

Please note: while I teach almost every apparatus at a beginning through intermediate level, if you are looking for intermediate to advanced work on rope or fabric I am happy to refer you to some awesome teachers. If you’re looking to work on sling, static trapeze, dance trapeze, or general aerial technique, I’m HERE FOR IT!

Lessons for 1 person are $80/hr. Have a friend or small group? Contact me for pricing!

Got a question? Let's see if this helps.

24 hours notice. Day of cancellations and no shows incur full lesson cost.

You should wear soft, close fitting clothing that covers the armpits, waist, and backs of the knees. No zippers, not even the sneaky zipper on the back of the waist, velcro, or anything else that can snag the equipment.

Please get in touch with me regarding any injuries you may have. We can discuss whether aerial training is appropriate at this time. If you’re looking for help returning to training after an injury, I can probably help! Lets talk!
