This one is about body tapping.
I learned body tapping through the Franklin Method. They use it to start waking up the body, getting the proprioceptors awake, and the fascia moving.
The added bonus to this is that it’s fun, and a little silly.
I often begin my aerial classes with a bit of tapping, before we get into the warm up. Last night, one of my students suggested that I do a tapping YouTube video.
